Russia demands concessions to relaunch grain deal

The UN's proposals for reviving the grain initiative contain concessions from Russia, — Anadolu Agency.
"The key points of the package are the connection to SWIFT of the subsidiary of Rossilhospbank and the unblocking of the assets of Russian companies engaged in producing fertilizers," the article says.
The day before, UN Secretary-General António Guterres said that he had sent the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, "a set of specific proposals" regarding restoring the grain agreement.
