If you want a word to describe #Tyranny (aside from Tyrant), if you want a title most aptly associated with dictatorial and repressive rule, with autocracy and repression, the word is #President. Presidency IS the problem.

The flaw is investing any single person with authority, especially with a popular mandate for them personally. No amount of “checks and balances" can correct that. The only good president, is a rubber-stamping figurehead for a parliament.
