I have set up my ranch in #NMS, and it's so cool. Very much what I wanted. It's so fun to watch the milk go flying from the animals to the collector. The automated feeder doesn't use up the creature pellets quickly at all. I'm not sure it even decreases with each individual animal. You do need to remain on base while you're collecting, but as long as you do, animals keep gathering and the products keep piling up in the Livestock Unit. #NoMansSkyCommunity

Can anyone tell me why I keep going in and out of toxic protection with this build? Is it the stone windows? I heard they don't have glass, but don't see how to check that. Everything else is solid. I even put a soffit around the roof line, which you can't see here.

Here I am with another NMS question. Now that I know how to obtain various eggs, milks 😑, and 🤢 berries from creatures, not to mention waxes and mucus 🤮, can I keep herds? Like, can I become a rancher, and have pens in my base area? And what's the benefit of these foods I can produce from these disgusting raw materials ? Do they give bonuses like in other games? So there I was, minding my own business, about to whack down a quick base on this gorgeous, radioactive planet when suddenly the ground started to shake and roar, and this ginormous bastard came sailing through the air. When I first got my #SteamDeck I came close to returning it. I tried lots of games but nothing clicked. Until #NoMansSky. After some fumbling, and lots of squinting at the tiny text, I have fallen madly in love. This is a nearly perfect game for me. I want to stay on every planet and find all the goodies.
