More on the #MinnesotaShootings and WHY some #NoKingsProtests in #Minnesota were cancelled by authorities. The shooter left cards about the #NoKingsRallies and police were concerned he might target protestors.
The details of the interaction are not made clear... but at some point, police were face-to-face with him, and his cosplay was believable enough to fool even them.
EDIT: Police found a "manifesto" in his car, naming multiple Democratic politicians, as well as #Abortion providers and pro-choice #AbortionRights activists. The shootings were done in the middle of the night, when darkness made it hard to identify if he was a real police officer or not.
