As a temporary measure for custom feeds, Feed Creators who care, look for posts with the #NoFeed or #NoFeeds tag and exclude them. But for #Bluesky made Feeds, they don't do that. Also, blocking feed creators won't prevent a post from appearing in their feeds. They have to manually exclude a user.
