A més, este cap de setmana he avançat molt en la transformació de l'hort, afegint nous bancals amb un bon gruix inicial de compost i un encoxinat de fenc.

El fenc conté protozoos que ajudaran a augmentar la presència de fongs, un aspecte fonamental, ja que després del llaurat inicial el sol estarà pràcticament dominat per bacteris.

The first off 6 squashes from the allotment has been slaughtered!
I roasted it and made a pasta sauce with some faux chicken, cream, blue cheese, walnuts and a bit of thyme. It tasted sooo good!
