Tax the rich and give to the poor. Require folks to have a minimum level of education to vote. Give them the education for free. Subsidize their income to allow uninhibited education. Treat abuse of said education with 6-12 month ban on a subsidies. Tax the rich for what they spend their money on. The bigger the risk of wealth based manipulation, the higher the tax. Require EVERYONE to do at least 30 days community service a year, of which 15% is manual labour. #noautocracy #nofacism
