A helicopter carrying six people crashed in #SanBernardinoCounty near the #Nevada border, east of the 15 Freeway near #Nipton, #california about 10 p.m., according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

Six people were onboard. It is unknown if any of the passengers survived.

Spiegelworld, the company that produces Absinthe at Caesars Palace, the Atomic Saloon Show at The Venetian, and OMP at Cosmopolitan has confirmed it is the buyer of Nipton. 8 News Now first reported on the sale of the town for $2.75 million in April of 2022.
