"I love the Power Glove... It's so bad." And Lucas was right, in 2 ways. The look is an icon of the late 80s future aesthetic, and the glove is forever remembered in Nintendo history. But it was also a TERRIBLE accessory! What started as a prototype for medical simulations became a toy manufactured for $15, sold for $100 during the 1989 holidays. Responsiveness was awful, and hardly any games worked well. But hey, it looks REALLY cool.
