4/5: I’ve heard a lot of good things about this series, and several people have said they wish they could read this again for the first time. And no wonder! Have I mentioned I love being thrown straight into a world and expected to swim? Because that happened here. Calendrical warfare? Programmed formation instincts? @dmtales @jendefer While this whole year has been awful in many ways, it has been, in #TTRPG ways, my best *ever*.

I finally stopped being afraid to run games I’d never played before, so I’ve been able to experience both mainstream games like #BladesInTheDark and little niche games like #NinefoxGambit.

And I’m running two regular *weekly* campaigns for the first time, a longtime desire of mine, with enthusiastic players.
