The Nine-Tailed Fox is Riftbound’s most elegant punishment card so far. It doesn’t blow up the board.
It doesn’t lock out a lane. It doesn’t even feel aggressive at first glance. But make no mistake—this card can absolutely shut down momentum if left unchecked.
It’s a defensive tempo piece with teeth, and that makes it a serious consideration in any midrange deck running green and blue. #NineTailedFox

Stories of magical foxes that can disguise themselves as human women in order to seduce or even marry human men are told by various East Asian cultures. Depending on the tale, a fox may do this for malicious purposes, as a humorous trick or out of sincere love. #FairyTaleTuesday

The Nine Tailed Kitsune
"Foxes and human beings lived close together in ancient Japan, and so kitsune have become closely associated with Inari, a Shinto kami or spirit, and serve as its messengers - a roll reinforcing the fox's supernatural significance. The kitsune can have between one and nine tails. The more tails a kitsune has, the older, wiser, and more powerful it's said to be."
