I think #NineSols might have the best boss design I've ever seen in a parry-heavy action game. It's always either easy to see what I'm doing wrong, or there's lots of room for experimentation in the extremely brief, but exciting, fights, with each one so far iterating on the prior with either a new mechanic or a new way to interact with a mechanic you've already been playing with.
