What’s on our mind? Gratitude for Public Works Department crews. We’d not biked Garden Rd near Fairgrounds / Mark Thomas intersection in over a month. When we did last night, we came upon a happy surprise: City of Monterey’s Public Works Dept had remedied uplifted pavement we reported last summer.
