Night Vale Presents

I remembered serial story podcasts exist, so I'm catching up on my favorites this week starting with Night Vale Presents' Within the Wires.

Season 4 ("The Cradle") was a great ride. There were a lot of loose threads at the end, but Within the Wires is all about the journey. It's season that shows off how well the series uses... I guess 'negative space' or blank spots in the naritive to tell a story.

Season 5 was worth the listen overall, but listening to a relationship implode in reverse through the lens of 3am voicemails got a little tedious for me. It was written and performed wonderfully though.

I just started Season 6 last night before bed, which was a mistake because it's legit spooky! Might post more when I finish.

#NightValePresents quote of the day:
> Top of the morning to you. The rest of the day to me. I never said this was fair.
