Night walk, spent admiring the neighborhood Halloween displays, lit amber, emerald, violet. Enjoyed the calls of either frogs (probably) or crickets (less likely) near the high school. Passing the eccentric house a block north and another block south, I was pleased to hear “Don’t Get Around Much Anymore” issuing from a second-story window, played awkwardly on piano and saxophone. #NightFeeling
