I am not a religious person, but always when passing by the cathedral in my hometown #Trondheim I am struck by the size and beauty of the building. It is the most northern gothic medieval #cathedral in the world and the oldest parts date back to the the period 1030-1070. #Nidarosdomen #Norway

This lens is cheap as dirt (mine cost 5$ *with* an admittedly battered and useless camera), but it's razor sharp and with killer contrast. Recommended

Pipe organ is the most badass instrument, and it will sound good wherever you are in a church, especially when it's as huge as the #Steinmeyer in #Nidarosdomen. But watching everything the organist does really add to the experience, and I was lucky enough to do that for the first time with the virtuoso Isabelle Demers behind the keys, pedals etc. at #Olavsfest. Very fun to see, and a great performance!
