Frank BöhmertSPEER ist eine kurze, knackige, dabei sehr atmosphärische frühmittelalterliche Parzival-Variante. #NicolaGriffith hatte ursprünglich eine Geschichte zu einer inklusiven Fantastik-Anthologie beitragen wollen, dann verlangte der Stoff aber die Länge eines Kurzromans, wie sich im auch stoffgeschichtlich spannenden Nachwort der Autorin lesen lässt. Wie genau sie die alten Geschichten ins Inklusive dreht, entdecken Interessierte am besten selbst. Meine Empfehlung!

Mark NicholsI've been listening to Nicola Griffith's “Hild” based on a mention of it by @timbray and thoroughly enjoying it.
Makes me want to re-listen to (or read) Bernard Cornwell's "Winter King”, “Enemy of God”, “Excalibur” trilogy again. Which is a very good re-interpretation of the Arthur legend/story.
