Meine Empfehlung!

Ach, und Nicola Griffith ist, als @Nicolaz, auf Mastodon.

Cached US Kindle giveaway: 10 copies of Ammonite by @nicolaz.bsky.social, which I got 'cause this was promo'd by the author and I try to reward such effort. I have a copy, but, tbr... If you read it, let me know what you think... #KindleBookGiveaway

What #scifi #books should I read next? I feel like I'm running out. Been burning through female SF writers recently, I really want to read more J.C. Cherryh but there's very little that's on #ebook. Done #leguin, done #NicolaGriffith. Not so interested in #fantasy, but love #pratchet and #leguin so 🤷‍♂️.

Any suggestions? Could revisit Arthur C Clarke and #asimov I suppose, not sure I ever did the #foundation series...

Went to hear #NicolaGriffith interview #KatrinaCarrasco and came home with three novels, two #Naples city guides, and one brief history of #Italy (I'm going to Naples in June). This is why I can't be let loose in #bookstores.

I just finished #Spear by #NicolaGriffith yesterday and have started #Bloodmarked #TracyDeonn. I guess I’m on an #Arthuriana kick for the first time in quite a few years, which is nice! Returning to an old love. What else should I read?

(I won’t be rereading Mists of Avalon because of MZB’s abuse - I’ll leave it in my memory.)

I've been listening to Nicola Griffith's “Hild” based on a mention of it by @timbray and thoroughly enjoying it.

Makes me want to re-listen to (or read) Bernard Cornwell's "Winter King”, “Enemy of God”, “Excalibur” trilogy again. Which is a very good re-interpretation of the Arthur legend/story.
