I didn't learn until today about all of the sexual grooming/abuse/assault allegations coming out against Michael Tait all this year. ("Allegations" seems like an understatement, but I guess that's the legal term since he hasn't been charged and convicted. Yet.)
Lots of feelings. He was one of my biggest idols as a teenager. But right now I've just gotta say: no wonder he's a Trump supporter. (For which I'd already gone off him, but this is… flattening.)

I took a deeper dive to learn about boys who were out selling newspapers on the city streets at 10 o'clock at night. Each one saw trouble with the law, starting right around when this was taken. For some, that trouble continued their entire lives.
