Rogue woman with a spray bottle wanted for at least two Back Bay water spritizings
Stanley Staco reports a woman walked into the Newbury Street Shack Shack and spritzed water on people who didn't ask to be spritzed this afternoon, and that she did the same thing at Mass. Ave. and Comm. Ave earlier in the day. She's described as in her 50s, with a white top and a book bag.
