I am an utter newb when it comes to installing anything on my (exceedingly old) laptop but I may have a chance to get a 'new', refurbished computer in the near future.
I would like to put a Linux OS on it and would very much appreciate anyone's and everyone's thoughts on the best system for a simpleton (me) when it comes to this stuff.
I've heard Linux Mint is worth a look.
