Paul Auster has passed away at the age of 77 🙏

I read several of his books, including the New York Trilogy, which I highly recommend. A metaphysical detective story that impressed me with its originality and atmosphere ❤️

#PaulAuster, the prolific American #author whose works include “The New York Trilogy” has died aged 77 after complications from #LungCancer.

Auster died at his home in #Brooklyn, #NewYork, according to the #NewYorkTimes, citing a friend of the #novelist.

Auster ‘s diagnosis with #cancer was first announced last year by his wife and fellow author #SiriHustvedt.
