I know several appsec/software security trainers, for instance @SheHacksPurple and @manicode. Would you say things in this field are improving?
We have several challenges of course. Increased sw complexity, sw supply chain, keeping up with security researchers, etc. If you think things are improving, would you say they’re improving with those challenges factored in? #NewYearThoughts

I always take some time off at the end of the year and typically stay home to relax and unwind. And every year I think about the fact we humans spend well over 60% of our lives on this planet working. Most probably over 70%.

And that sucks. I love my job, but I’d much rather spend time doing the things I love for the fun of it.

A beautiful sunny start to the new year. The cactus is grown from a cutting taken from my late mother's plant. I have been enjoy this winter display for well over 50 years now!
