if anybody in the #taipei / #newtaipei / #danshui area wants a laptop to mess around. let me know. i don't really use it. don't need.

Acer Aspire S3-391. battery holds no charge (super secure!). hard drive had some bad sectors or something but works fine. i've installed nixbook on it. can watch youtube videos/browse the web. sadly, only 4gb of ram, not upgradeable :(

Heading into the final weekend of my 2-week stay in #Taiwan. On Thursday night we had a fantastic dinner at a restaurant famous for its spicy dishes in #NewTaipei. Classic Taiwanese #food with a twist and a sting: Kung-pao chicken, squid, beef, pork.
Those peppers are just rests for the chopsticks, by the way. #travel #FarEast

#Typhoon #Danas, which 2 days ago was forecast to skirt past us along the Taiwan Strait, actually just made landfall in #Chiayi County.

Much of #Taiwan is closed for business and school on Monday, except for #Taipei, #NewTaipei, #Keelung, and #Taoyuan which will remain open. It's gonna be a "great" morning commuting in the rain for those living up north. 🤷‍♂️
