Among these cardboard boxes of beige Macintosh products, I found a pristine Apple Desktop Bus Mouse II. It has no wear, no grime, no matted fuzz on the rollers inside. Apparently never used, even once. Well, keeping that one.

Got a #USB to #Serial converter. I have a sneaking suspicion that this might be new old stock.

It does support the famous #apple G3 and G4 CUPs though. So that's something.

Another for the heart & brains of the matter – a #PowerMac #G4 #motherboard
Dated 2001, it has the code 820-1342-B on the board. From the label on the anti-static bag this is brand new. Good thing I pulled this out and removed the battery!

This was another #EFM #electronicsFleaMarket find before it became #ewaste
If you have a need for this, give me shout – I would love to get this to a good home than taking up space in my garage.

My project for the New Year holidays is to make a faithful replica of this WW2-era Montgomery Ward 101 jacket.
I bought this jacket new-old-stock about 20 years ago, and it is still in its original raw condition.
I plan to make a nearly exact replica, except for the size and the hardware, as it's almost impossible to find the exact same parts.
The buttons, rivets and cinch buckle are all generic and made of copper-plated steel.
