Bickford Park, our final stop of the night,

And secret location of the 2025 Blackout Anniversary Party/Parade After Party.

New Model Circus Army and Ito were Poi/Fireperforming atop the baseball diamond.

There were other "Stages" throughout the park,

Music unplugged, of course it's unplugged, we celebrating the Great North American "Blackout" of 2003 after all,

but once I parked my butt around first base, that was good enough for me.

Blackout Anniversary Parade

After occupying the Bloor-Bathurst intersection where Koreatown, The Annex, and Harbord Village meet,

I paraded alongside Samba Elegua as we headed south on Bathurst Street and watched the Stranded Streetcar Driver dance while smiling at all of us who stranded him barely a hundred meters from his terminal destination of Bathurst Subway Station.

Toronto, my hometown, with all its big city challenges of late,

Even after 22 years, still has this Annual Blackout Celebration going for it!
