Protest today in Brussels in front of the 🇪🇺EU Parliament — one day before the vote on the negotiating mandate on #NewGMOs (#NGTs) — demanding strong safeguards for farmers, consumers and the environment. Deregulation of new GMOs would mean a sell out of our food system to corporations. Our message to the EU Parliament: Vote for consumer labelling, for a ban on patents on crops (which will increase dependence on Bayer, BASF, Syngenta and Corteva), and for environmental safety checks.
