Overall, I enjoy #Neva well as I did Gris, but differently; Gris feels intensely poetic while Neva feels more like an epic. But both are beautifully handmade and not stretched out. They're wonderful games that demonstrate the brush strokes of a common team of creators

And they both would benefit from being played on a large PC monitor or maybe a larger TV, because at times they want to show me wide and large zoomed out scenes and unfortunately at times it's a bit hard to follow the protagonists

#Neva is kind of an underrated follow up to Gris, I think. I have not finished it yet, and will have to wait for it to return to the library (I suspect they have only one copy, so me and the other 4 people playing it at the moment will have to take turns) but, back on track, it definitely carries the ball on the aesthetics of Gris while also introducing a lot more mechanical diversity. Perhaps a bit too much, even.
