In recent years, BoNT-A has demonstrated substantial efficacy in the management of various diseases, particularly neurological disorders, and has served as a versatile therapeutic agent in modern medicine. This review is aimed at comprehensively examining the application of BoNT-A in various non-dystonia disorders—including hyperhidrosis, salivation, chronic migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, postherpetic neuralgia, primary tremor, depression, and Parkinson’s disease—in the field of neurology. </p>
