Level 10, Water Troll nailed me.

That was a good run, had a healing and protection spell. Did NOT have projectiles, whoch would have helped.
Got a cream pie to the face and remembered the # wipe command though, which was funny.

#nethack5 I have been favoring a chaotic monk so far. :) Got to down Level 8 as my furthest (I am a noob), and have been doing a lot of FAFO ing. Had to start a notepad of things for scrolls/potions and stuff, sometimes they just kill you in the wrong circumstances. xD
If I can find an old netbook or something I would install a 'nix with DOSBOX just to play this off and on. Really liking it. Learning the keys is probably a barrier for some, but I do mainly keyboard shortcuts at work all day so I am used to it.
