The next print is the acid test but this little test model I made finally came thru ok at speed and I figured out the preview pic thingy. In 4 hours (instead of 15) Ill know..

Nachdem ich auf dem #elegoo #neptune4plus die #opensource firmware #opennept4tune installiert habe, bekomme ich das warping Problem nicht in den Griff (der Bug am 3D-Benchy, Klassiker).
Details im Blog, inkl. Settings und Video vom wegfliegenden Boot. Vielleicht hat ja jemand im Fediverse ne hilfreiche Idee...
Jon A. CruzOK, I have my #Elegoo #CentauriCarbon settled in and working nicely now. Time to step things up a notch and have it and my #Neptune4Plus going at the same time. Just gotta be sure to get them plugged into different outlets.
Not sure if it's because of hooking the 3d printer up to the #OpenWRTone directly via ethernet cable or just that the wifi is better, but my #Neptune4Plus is now streaming at full FPS on the webcam and not having any network reconnect issues like it used to.
Might test switching back to wifi but with the new network tomorrow after the DHCP leases expire.

I was wondering why the fluidd web interface kept losing connection and reloading...
then I switched windows and saw my rsync from the #Neptune4Plus was still running. d'oh! Forgot I was doing a pre-firmware-update backup.
Working with my #elegoo #Neptune4Plus this week and finally figured out my vexing first-layer-is-wavy-spotty problem.
The visual effect matched what commonly goes as the print head being too close to the bed, but that was not it. The same symptom came from... printing too fast.
