Here's the other roll I developed last Sunday, in the same tank with the Lomochrome '92. It's Konica 160, expired in 2004, rated EI 50 to compensate for the long expiration. When I removed the film from the reel, I wanted to cry because I thought it was blank, but upon closer inspection, I could vaguely see some images. The negatives were very thin. I should have overexposed one more stop. But not all is lost. What I got is color shift towards blue and very low signal to noise ratio which really ruined many photos on this roll. Very much the lofi vibe I sometimes seek when shooting film. Am I going to shoot more expired film? BW, most likely yes, but color? Maybe not very often. Here are some photos from this roll that aren't too ruined. This is when that second snowstorm just started.
