Write a zine, read a zine, include a lyrics sheet, thank your friends and make the page a mile long, keep lists on you at all times of the records you haven't gotten to yet and the ones you know by the first note or phrase or grunt, "GO 'HEAD!," you'll regret it otherwise; all this shit is gonna get eaten by the ocean and the lakes and the wind and erosion, but enough people remembered the Neo Boys, through word of mouth or fliers at their parents and enough recordings existed on a reel to reel somewhere that 30 some odd years later K/Mississippi could compile it on to two discs for you! For me! Let this song be the case against treating punk as mere background ephemera, and be thankful, 40 some odd years later, for the arithmeticians in attendance, we can still groove and shake and buzz buzz buzz along.
