@WernerRhein Wolff is all over the place. When I was a young small weekly newspaper chain editor I practiced a form of #nemawashi to sort n implement Reporter feedback into planning the week ahead. The publisher wasn’t happy that their wrong-headed wealth-oriented ego wasn’t revered, same for university regents who know shite about beneficial student-professor relationships. Managers are hired for confirmation bias ass-kissing, like Trump who fired experts.
