33 Days of unbroken working. 19 of those days being on my own while my lead brewer is off work with an (non-work related) injury which will likely see him away for another 2 months.
The final base beer (a 10% Imperial Stout that is infused with lots of cacao nibs) is in the brite beer tank and awaiting being divided across two tanks tomorrow.
One will be additionally flavoured with orange essence to become #NavelGazer Chocolate Orange Imperial Stout and the other will receive raspberry and coffee to become #BlackRuby Raspberry, Chocolate and Coffee Imperial Stout.
I’m angling to take Sunday off. Fingers crossed. I’m quite tired.
