I really dont like this time of year, its too changable with the barometric pressure and it messes with my migraine brain way too much.

Oh goody a nausea attack, I guess all that burping this afternoon was the clue. Prochlorperazine taken. Hot water bottle on stomach & some chill tunes on my pixel buds.

Can someone have a word with my body, head pain woke me up at 5.30ish, Ellie cat flopped on me requesting fuss, managed to get triptan at 5.53am head pain go byebye, stomach went hold my beer, ugh, feck off will ya, i much prefer actual pain to nausea. Took anti nausea meds at 8.32am. Its also jab time on Sunday.
