Dearborn Historical MuseumIn honor of #NationalViolinDay, we wanted to share this cigar box violin on display at the McFadden Ross House. Made by musician John Black, the instrument's cigar box portion originally held Maduro variety cigars labeled as sold in Michigan. It was donated to the museum in 1963 by the Jahr family of #Dearborn.
