I'm excited about today. I'm now seeing several specialties with National Jewish Health in Denver, Colorado, USA thanks to my amazing rheumatologist moving there soon. They specialize in just a few specific conditions.

I happened to browse through their list of covered conditions, and found that they have a world-class sleep medicine practice as part of their focus on lung care. And in *this* practice, they have a program designed for circadian rhythm disorders. As you may know, I have ISWRD (irregular sleep wake rhythm disorder), and this keeps me from treating my severe obstructive and central sleep apnea, due to not being compliant with the minimum number of hours on the device that can help.

Well, I had given up on this line of inquiry until now, when I decided to give *one more chance* to solve the ISWRD and thus maybe get back to solving the sleep apnea that has deep negative life impacts.

One complication I am aware of is that my Sjogren's disease has a high occurrence of sleep disturbances, so I need to temper my expectations. But fingers crossed this practice helps in a way other pulmonologists and sleep medicine doctors have been unable to do.

#AdrenalInsufficiency request;

I'm working with a group that's putting together an AI registry through #NationalJewishHealth and #NationalAdrenalDiseasesFoundation #NADF.

The registry is described here;
https://www.nadf.us/adrenal-insufficiency-study-recruitment.html

And there's a link to join the registry at the bottom of the page.

I had no idea that AI was as under researched as it is which makes this US registry so important. The EU work is great but I feel like it's an orphan disease in the US.

Please join and boost!
