The #NationalCouncilOfCanadianMuslims and the #CanadianCivilLibertiesAssociation are seeking a judicial review of the government decree on behalf of plaintiff whose teenage son had sought space to pray along w/ some other Muslim students at a Montreal-area high school last October.
