Have long called the Europhobes in the Conservative Party (the Tories/Nastiz), UKIP, Reform, Referendum Party, etc the Euroseptics (because their politics is so disgusting, festering, suppurating and putrid).
Somehow my opinion is only strengthened by the present state in which the Nastiz in government have left our rivers, coastal waters and lakes.

Meanwhile in the British general election, another unforced error from our Second-Past-The-Post-Prime Minister. Not only has Rishi Sunak swallowed the entire Trump playbook (tbf, it's quite a thin colouring-in volume) by lying to the public about the £2000 tax claim and then doubling-down on it, he's now apeing Trump by disrespecting those who died on D-Day. In business the old joke has it that you engage external consultants to tell you what you always planned to do because their "independence" (moot, as you are paying them) lends your choice a degree of credibility.
That is summat our wonderful government would never sink so low as to conceive of doing by appointing "independent" expertise to advise them how to restrict our rights, of course. Never.

Apparently "former Prime Ministers" are agin it.
Well, Miss Trusst called it "un-Conservative" and Boris Sasha Johnson said something garrulous, erudite and nonsensical to the same effect.
'Nuff said. Can there be any stronger argument for voting in favour?
