I'm familiar with that #napping thing. I drop off for an hour or two most evenings in front of the TV between 19:00-21:00.

I had a #hospital appointment this week (not about the #sleep thing) and when I thought about all the questions he asked, which were all along the lines of "Can you (action) like you used to?" basically the doctor, in the nicest possible way, was saying, "Face it! You're #old! What do you expect at your #age?"
