Friday night football and another visit to #Llannefydd for the Llandyrnog and District Summer League Bridson and Evans Memorial Shield Final. In a superb season finale, #Llangynhafal beat #Nantglyn 3-2 to lift the shield for the first time in their history (att: c250). They did it the hard way by coming from behind twice before bagging the winner from the penalty spot #Groundhopping #Cymru 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #Wales
Monday night football at the #Rhewl Pavilion for the first Llandyrnog & District Summer League Bridson & Evans Memorial Shield Semi-Final where #Henllan were beaten 1-0 by #Nantglyn, the goal coming just a few minutes from time (att: 216 h/c). They will now face either #Llangynhafal or #Cefn in the final at #Llannefydd this Friday evening #Groundhopping #Cymru 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #Wales
My first ever game on 30th June so, with the actual Llandyrnog and District Summer League wrapped up, this evening attention turned to the Memorial Shield and a Qualifying Round tie at Cae Nant. Homesters #Llandyrnog were eliminated after #Nantglyn won 2-1 (att: c100) #Groundhopping #Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #Cymru
05/06/25. More Llandyrnog & District Summer League action this Thursday as #Nantglyn and #Llandyrnog played out an entertaining 3-3 draw (att: c45). Fortunately the rain held off for the duration of the game as the "Field at Nantglyn" is as basic as they come but it is a wonderful spot to watch footy. #Groundhopping #Cymru 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #Wales #SummerFootball
