hi #fediverse. I got a #mRNA transfection question. for a long mRNA (say a few thousand nucleotides), fully condensed, it quickly become >20 nm in size. Putting that in a #lipid #nanoparticle will make it grow even larger, and you get different cellular uptake mechanisms.
Who can point me to some good literature? (yeah, I will do some searching myself, but you are all so awesome and don't want to miss out on your expertise ;)
