just tested my #Yagi by #DK7ZB and had my first contact in simplex #145500 with #HA6VSR

even without choke and #NanoVNA this #antenna worked surprisingly well, good report, 59+20

Erfolgreicher Test von meinem portable Setup mit einer inverted-V Antenne und dem FT-891 Radio im NO-2521 Elgeseter #POTA Park in Trondheim 🇸🇯.

Habe eine HB9CV gebaut, entgegen dem ersten Impuls ohne vorherigen Baumarktbesuch. Und siehe da: wenn der Koppelkondensator nicht um Größenordnungen überdimensioniert ist, kriegt man sogar ein akzeptables SWR hin.
Jetzt muß ich das nur noch ein Stück Richtung Bandmitte schieben...

so I got a new #NanoVNA a few weeks ago and been measuring all my antenni, not surprised, but disappointed at exactly how many of my "915mhz" are actually 868. including several labeled 915.
