You know, it's like despite laïcité (which lately, is used to target hatred at Muslims esp. women wearing the hijab) , there's a strong far right and far right Catholic anti-LGBTQ sentiment in France (a strong anti-trans streak in the UK, particularly the govt), there's #NahelM in France (#ChrisKaba in the UK) #ACAB, there's the mistreatment of the homeless because of the Olympics in Paris (same happened during the Olympic bs in London), cost of living, housing crisis, neoliberal scumbag politicians, rightwing/farright 🤮 politicians, pro-zionist stupidity ...all of that going on in both countries 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 ...sigh💔

#nahelm #RiotsFrance Reminder that the people of Gaul (France) come in every shade and always have. France has never been a strictly "white" country. Don't be a bigot and don't assume all people of color are migrants. Many have been in Gaul for millennia.
