NorwesconA little convention levity for this first Monday of 2025: We all joke about the hotel elevators being buggy at con, but last year, they really were! The DoubleTree sent us this photo from the #NWC46 weekend that they got from one of their elevator repair techs, who had found that the reason the elevator was misbehaving was a small colony of ladybugs that had taken up residence in the electronics. Seems everybuggy likes a good convention!

Sure, it's a simple A+B mashup. But I wanted an easy way to toss "The Scotsman" into my mix at @norwescon, and the original's an acapella, so why not add some backing beats from Peter Gabriel's "Steam"?
I debuted this one on Thursday at #NWC46 a couple months ago. Unfortunately, I saved it for what I thought would be peak time…and peak time never happened, so maybe (_maybe_) ten people heard this at con. But now you can hear it here!
