Press NVDA+n, p, d, enter to open the default speech dictionary.

Do you use any speech dictionary entries? I've swapped "Meeting" for "Nap" in the attached screenshot (Apologies to the boss for missing that meeting btw, I had, uh, car trouble.... completely unrelated!)

Changes introduced in Beta 10:
- Prevented an intermittent crash in Notepad++.
- Fixed restoring MathCAT settings when reverting or resetting NVDA’s configuration.
- Fixed the SAPI 4 synth driver.
- Updates to translations.
