I love seeing more cross-league matches in women’s football (soccer). Now that Canada’s Northern Super League #NSL is about to start its second season (in April) a few teams are having pre-season matches against #NWSL teams.

Ottawa Rapid (one of the most fun teams to watch in the NSL last season and who just so happens to have a lesbian coach) will play Bay FC April 17th. I hope they broadcast it online.

This most recent viral video of NSL interview on Tiktok really makes the case for NTV itself as Nastiti, Timuran, and Viral given Makassar, South Sulawesi is also a part of the Eastern Indonesia 😁🤩😍

Regarding the female interviewer #NSL, personally some of her questions that were slightly off for me, namely those asked to these kids acidentally finding a huge piece from the crashed airplane while hiking nearby such dangerous scene.

#NWSL and #NSL seasons might be done but World Sevens Football tournament is back for a 3-day tournament in Florida starting tomorrow (December 5-7).

The first W7F tournament happened in Portugal earlier this year and it was very fun to watch.
Players looked relaxed and were having so much fun (the celebrations were on full display so expect KC Current’s Lo’eau LaBonta to prepare the team to compete in that).

5 years ago who could have predicted that Lionel Messi and Thomas Müller would face off in an MLS Final?

Messi captaining Barça 2.0 (aka Beckham’s Inter Miami) and Müller captaining Western Canada’s club where his Bayern teammate, Alphonso Davies, became a teenage sensation while I lived in the city.

Vancouver Whitecaps might become the only other Canadian club to win an MLS Final next weekend and if they do they’ll join their Northern Super League compatriots the Vancouver Rise in winning a playoff championship.

Müller was seen attending the NSL semi-final win in Vancouver before the Rise went on to win it all in snowy Toronto.
He referred to the Rise as “we” and “us” in an NSL interview because he clearly feels like he belongs in Vancouver.

I want to know if Phonzie convinced him to go play there when so many teams would gladly have welcomed him.
