Full run No Rest For The Wicke...

I reached the end of the story in the Early Access version of the game, and it was a bit disappointing. When I logged in the next day to continue the story, I realized I was already in a post-game grinding mode. This transition should have been articulated more clearly.
Still, the game is great! I even tried it on the Steam Deck, and it performs better than I expected. It holds a locked 30 FPS with the potential for a locked 40 outside of crowded areas.
I returned to No Rest for the Wicked to check the recent patch, but progress doesn't transfer to the experimental branch. I played anyway (without patch) and finally beat a boss I was stuck on. The game is still great.
I have two small complaints. The animation when enemies die from burn damage is poor; they just explode instead of burning. Also, my two-handed sword build feels limited (in terms of animations set), leading to a lack of variety in combat.

Hear me out: Don’t sleep on #NoRestfortheWicked. Even though it’s in Early Access, this gem is shaping up to be the perfect ARPG I’ve dreamed of my whole frickin’ life. The atmosphere, the way it rewards exploration, and the combat and Arcane-level cutscenes alone… Wow.
