Education #vouchers were NEVER intended to ‘expand’ opportunities to students from historically marginalized groups. THAT WAS NEVER THEIR INTENT. The purpose for education vouchers is the same today as it was in 1954 - a means to use public dollars to pay for segregated private schools post Brown v Board of Education.
