De rode lijn (The Red Line) protest is happening right now. I won't share photos, because I don't want anyone to get in trouble at work or anything, but you can see it on the news, and it marches right past my apartment, so I was able to put up a sign that said Free Palestine in my window. Crowds make me really anxious and I don't have the mental health ability to participate directly right now, but since it goes past my apartment, it allows me to still feel a little included.
It is also very loud and I love that I can be right inside and in the window still feel it all, but muffled in a way that doesn't hurt me from an autistic sensory perspective. I love the energy so much though and I can feel it!
I also live next to one of those hidden playgrounds and it really really warms my heart to hear little kids singing "Free, free Palestine!" They're so excited too! It's so wonderful to watch them learn solidarity so early!
From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!
